1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 44kb website accessible at https://44kb.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, casino games, sports betting products, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the 44kb registration process.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that records no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months is considered inactive. 44kb reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the available Real-Money Balance where one exists. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules
